This area is full of purpose built developments and is on the outskirts of the city. The Green Quarter is often populated by young professionals who are looking to live within walking distance of the city and would like a more reasonable price tag.
Large corporates such as the Co – op bank have placed a large amount of investment into the area and they have built there new £100 million HQ here.
Transport links are great and you can travel by train from Victoria or with ease by car without having to go through the centre where you are likely to be stuck in traffic.
Accommodation here is very affordable and attractive due to the close proximity of the Northern Quarter and the Arndale shopping centre.
