I’m Sam, the owner and founder of JP Hay.
The reason for the existence of JP Hay is to create a well organised, well trained and well processed company that can make the property sales, lettings and management experience a pleasant one for all concerned.
The last thing that we want is unhappy customers and that is something that we work extra hard on. We have taken time to understand the needs and requirements of our clients and what they need from a company like ours and we have very strong documented process’s that bring it all together and make sure that my team are doing what they should be doing at the correct time. We couple this with a great attitude and a respect for all of our clients and that’s what makes it work so well.
Since opening the doors in 2011 I haven’t looked back and the world of property has become a huge part of my life with lots of exciting times ahead.
If I am not in the office you will find me either spending time with my partner Stan and my little girl Ella, enjoying reading a great book or in the gym at 6am most mornings.
I’m Lauren and my role is to deal with all of the maintenance at our properties.
If you are a resident or landlord I will be dealing with all your property maintenance quickly and promptly. It is important that both landlord and tenant are happy with their current living conditions and I believe that well-handled maintenance is key to this. Plus, with the advanced technology including apps for our clients it makes dealing with maintenance clear and transparent.
I began my career with JP Hay in November 2015 and I can honestly say it’s been the best experience ever!
I'm originally from Heywood, when I left high school I was determined to find a job I enjoyed instead of going to college / university as I decided this was the best decision for me, which I can truly say it was.
In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym 4 to 5 days a week and also spending quality time with my friends.
I’m Poppy and my role at JP Hay is to be the second in command to Sam and be by her side and assist with everything that she
has on her plate on a daily basis when it comes to the mechanics of running the business.
If our clients want to speak to a knowledgeable team member who has been with the team for many years and has experience with pretty much every role here then I’m your girl. I am the main point of contact for our clients beside Sam and can help you with any issues you need resolving even if it is just some advice and guidance. Whilst Sam is busy making sure the business comes in I’m here to ensure that it runs like clockwork and our clients are happy.
I started working at JP Hay in 2013 and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time so far within the business. I am lucky to work with some Inspiring and driven individuals and in a great environment. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family including my 3 godchildren. I also love to travel and see new places!
I’m Ellie and I’m the digital marketing apprentice at JP Hay.
Anything online or on our social media is what I do on a daily basis.
My job role is to create daily content to post online such as property facts, what’s new on the market, interesting hints and tips and what’s happening in our office each week. I promote our business and properties through social media.
I also deal with blogs and JPTV’s on our website making sure everything is posted on time and looks its best. I started working for JP Hay after leaving college and deciding university wasn’t for me. So far, I have really enjoyed working with the team and challenging myself to create content and learning new skills I hope to continue to develop.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and my dog, Millie.
