Life by Ringley was built with love and passion by Sam Hay. Sam says, “Manchester property is a fascinating and growing sector to be involved in, and I enjoy every single minute. My business was built with a client comes first mentality, and we are here to assist tenants, landlords, home sellers, and developers with their journey. Our processes, well-trained staff, and willingness to help are what truly makes us stand out. Sam Hay joined the Ringley Group in 2018 as an equity partner and Co-Founder of Life By Ringley to further our Build to Rent offering to developers and institutions throughout the northern powerhouse and beyond.

Formerly the owner of Manchester-based JP Hay, Sam is an innovative and results-driven sales, lettings, and management specialist with a legal background and extensive experience of the north of England property market.

Having been actively managing Build to Rent with live sites since 2014, Sam brings her considerable expertise in this sector together with a passion for outstanding customer service that will underwrite Ringley's growth in this rapidly growing sector, as well as a talent for employing and developing exceptional staff.

As a champion of well-planned customer journeys, Sam led her team to win awards for Best Sales & Lettings 2015, Best Sales & Lettings and Best Residential Property Management Company 2018. She was named Best Female Property Entrepreneur in 2016. Sam is NFOPP qualified and a member of the IRPM.

When not working, you will either find Sam in the gym or spending time with her Daughter Ella.

Poppy

I’m Poppy, and my role at Life by Ringley is to be the second in command to Sam and be by her side and assist with everything that she has on her plate on a daily basis when it comes to the mechanics of running the business.

If our clients want to speak to a knowledgeable team member who has been with the team for many years and has experience with pretty much every role here, then I’m your girl. I am the main point of contact for our clients beside Sam and can help you with any issues you need resolving even if it is just some advice and guidance. While Sam is busy making sure the business comes in I’m here to ensure that it runs like clockwork and our clients are happy.

I started working at Life by Ringley in 2013, and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time so far within the business. I am lucky to work with some Inspiring and driven individuals and in a great environment.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, including my three godchildren. I also love to travel and see new places!

Georgia

I’m Georgia, and my primary role is to deal with all of the maintenance at all our properties. If you are a resident or landlord, I will be dealing with all your property maintenance quickly and promptly.

It is imperative to Life by Ringley that our landlords and tenants are happy with their current living conditions, and I believe that well-handled maintenance is key to this. Plus, with the advanced technology, including apps for our clients, which allows them to report and keep up to with their property/ maintenance it makes dealing with maintenance clear and transparent.

Within my role at Life by Ringley, I also carry out the application process for tenants when they are moving into their new home. It is my responsibility to ensure this referencing is completed correctly ensuring all our tenants are able to go onto an Assured Shorthold tenancy agreement. The great pleasure with this role means creating little touches which Life by Ringley have come up with to make our new tenants feel that little bit extra special, such as we include a brew kit at each check-in.

I began my career with Life by Ringley in September 2019, and I can honestly say it's been the best experience. It has been filled with the best memories & so many more to come!

I really enjoy spending my time with my two dogs & two horses when I'm not at work. They're a handful but keep me busy.

I’m Ruben, the tenancy manager here at Life by Ringley.

I spend my time conducting viewings and starting potential residents on their journey with us in our properties.

I am your first port of contact when you enquire about a property, from there we can discuss your requirements and find the perfect home for you.

I also deal with our Build To Rent aspect of the business - liaising on a day-to-day basis with developers, contractors & business partners.

I started working for Life by Ringley in July 2019. I have a degree real estate management and thoroughly enjoy working in the industry.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family & friends & travelling to new countries.

I’m Paige, the Digital Marketing Manager at Life by Ringley.

My job role includes all things marketing - marketing campaigns, newsletters, website design, blogs, Landlord TV and Brick Slayers Podcast.

I also manage the social media accounts for Ringley (Life, Home & Work) and our clients' social media pages.

I started working for Life by Ringley in November 2019. I gave a masters in Sociocultural Linguistics and have always had a keen interest in Marketing. Social media marketing is my favourite aspect of the job & I love seeing our residents, clients and landlords engaging in our campaigns.

When I'm not at work, I enjoy spending time with my dogs & eating out at the local restaurants in my town.
